Backup and Restore

The Backup & Restore option allows Hero Platform_ administrators and privileged automation designers to export and import Hero Platform_ metadata.

Automation Hero recommends not changing the file name or contents of an exported backup.

If the file name must be changed, the English alphabetic characters, digits, and underscore character are supported.

In order to successfully use the Backup or Restore features, enable the pop-up window feature on your browser.
