The home screen for Hero Platform_ is located at the top of the navigation menu. It contains useful widgets for Hero Platform_ users.

Widgets on the Home Screen

Tutorial

The Tutorial widget contains helpful example Flows showing off some of Hero Platfrom_'s features. These tutorials are great for helping new users learn Hero Platfrom_'s processes.

How to access the tutorials

To access the tutorials:

  1. Click the tutorial name or image to add that tutorial's elements to Hero Platform_.
  2. The user is then redirected to the Flow Studio with that tutorial's elements automatically added.

Recently Viewed

The Recently Viewed widget displays Hero Platform_ elements that the user has recently viewed.

The chart shows:

  • the name of the element.
  • the type of element.
  • the date and time the element was last viewed.

Number of Flows

The Number of Flows widget displays the count of how many Flows are listed in the Flows section of Hero Platform_.

  • As new Flows are saved, the count increases.
  • When Flows are deleted, the count decreases.

Users can mouse-over the chart to display results at interval time periods.

Settings

Click the kebab menu icon on the Number of Flows widget to access setting controls.

View the chart as of the:

  • last 24 hours.
  • last 7 days.
  • last 30 days.
  • last year.

Number of Processed Records

The Number of Processed Records widget displays the count of how many records Hero Platform_ processed during the set time period.

Users can mouse-over the chart to display results at interval time periods.

Settings

Click the kebab menu icon on the Number of Processed Records widget to access setting controls.

View the chart as of the:

  • last 24 hours.
  • last 7 days.
  • last 30 days.
  • last year.

About Hero Platform_

In the top right corner of the Hero Platform_ screen is an information icon.
