How to Log Into Hero Platform_

1. Open Hero Platform_ in your web browser.

   Hero Platform_ is supported in the Google Chrome web browser.

2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click Sign In.

Reset Your Password

If you have an active account in Hero Platform_ you can reset your password from the login screen.

1. At the bottom of the login screen, click the reset it here link.
2. Open your email account associated with your Hero Platform_ account.
3. Open the email titled Update your Hero Platform_ account
4. Click the Update your account link in the email.
5. Enter a new password and click confirm.

How to Log Out of Hero Platform_

1. Open Hero Platform_ in your web browser.
2. From anywhere in the Hero Platform_ application, locate and click the Log Out icon in the top right corner of the application window.

The logged out user is taken to the Hero Platform_ login screen after successfully logging out of the application.
