Create Connection
A Connection specifies the parameters needed to connect to where your data is located. When you select a Connection type, you are prompted to provide the necessary parameters to connect to that location.
To create a connection:
- Open Integration from the navigation menu and select Connections.
- Click Create New Connection at the top of the Connections page.
- Enter a name to identify the Connection and select a Connection type from the list.
- You are prompted to enter details based on the Connection type.
- Click TEST CONNECTION to ensure the Connection can be made successfully.
If the connection was successful, a confirmation message will appear.
If the connection was unsuccessful, an error message will appear with the reason for failure. - Click OK to complete creating a connection.
