EML to PDF

Description

Renders the body from the EML file (Binary) as a PDF file (Binary).


The resulting PDF is:

  • a text searchable PDF.
  • page size "Letter". (8.5 in x 11 in)

Over the decades EML file format had a lots of features. This function supports:

  • every standard EML format (current and older formats).
  • HTML (rich) body rendering (preferred when both text and HTML are present in the body)
    • image rendering if:
      • images are from the web, not attached to the e-mail.

      • images are still available on the internet.

      • Hero Platform_'s worker node can access the internet.

    • other image types in the body are not yet supported.
  • text body rendering.
  • most European special characters.

Use

  • Select an input field with an EML file. (Binary)
  • Optional: Select an input field (Boolean) or mark the checkbox to return a NULL value if an error occurs during the input file parsing.
  • Enter an output field name.
  • Click OK.
