Manage Users

The users of Hero_Cloud pertain only to Hero_Cloud and not Hero Platform_.

Click Admin Users in the left panel of Cloud_Hero to view the existing users or to create a new one. 

User Role Types

You choose between creating an admin user or a standard user.

Standard users can:

  • Access Hero Platform_ environments. 
  • Create, edit, or delete environments.

Admin users can:

  • Do everything a standard user can do.
  • View and manage billing.
  • View and manage account settings including credit card information.

Create a New User

To create a user:

  1. Click Admin Users in the left panel.
  2. Click Create New User.
  3. Enter the user's first and last name, email address, phone number, and select a role from the drop-down list.
  4. Click OK.
  5. The user is sent an email to confirm their account and how to connect.
  6. After confirming, the new user is prompted to create a Hero_Cloud password.

After creating a password, this user now has the ability to log into Hero_Cloud from https://cloud.automationhero.ai/
