Forgiving Mode

Forgiving mode was added to support the handling of exceptions during a Flow. In forgiving mode, a Flow skips the records where exceptions are found and continues to process other records.

Set Hero_Flow's Time Zone

Administrators can select a time zone for their Hero_Flow cluster.

Disable Adding Suffixes to Output File Names

When you create new file systems Outputs, you can now indicate if you don't want a numerical suffix appended to your multipart file names.

Robin User Role

Hero_Flow now supports defining users in the platform that can only access the Robin application. This capability further extends security checkpoints to ensure only authorized users interact with the Hero_Flow platform.

Add Task Page Headers

Automation designers can now add a task header for each task in the Robin application. Choose a column header when creating your Robin Output so Robin end users can get more clarity on the task.

Persisting Filter/Sorting State for User Sessions

Robin end users can now paginate through their tasks while maintaining the filter and sorting preferences defined in the Task List. This workflow enhancement accelerates productivity to make sure Robin end users maintain focus on relevant tasks.

Support for Six User-defined Columns in a Task List

Automation designers can now define up to six columns (previously 5) for their Robin Skill Task List. This provides the added benefit of extending additional context for the Robin end users to help them prioritize the tasks they need to focus on.

Import and Export Screen Automations

You can now easily migrate Hero_Go automations from one environment to another with our latest import/export Screen Automation capability.

Scrape Data from the Web into a  Hero_Flow Automation

For Screen Automations in which data needs to be scraped from web sites and then sent to another system, Automation designers can now configure Hero_Go to stream the collected data to the Hero_Flow platform.
